about NWSA booster
The NWSA Apparel and Fashion Show Booster exists to support and elevate the creative work of students in the Northwest School of the Arts fashion CTE Apparel and Textile Production program.
Through funding, community engagement, and event support, the Booster helps bring student designs to life—both in the classroom and on the runway.
The Apparel and Textile Production program offers students a hands-on pathway into the world of fashion, exploring design, textile production, and garment construction. Students gain both technical skills and creative confidence as they develop original pieces from concept to completion.
TOGETHER, WE CHAMPION STUDENT CREATIVITY, CELEBRATE EMERGING TALENT, AND HELP MAKE OPPORTUNITIES LIKE THE ANNUAL FASHION SHOW POSSIBLE.
ABOUT NWSA
Northwest School of the Arts is a public arts high school (9-12) located at 1415 Beatties Ford Rd, Charlotte, NC 28216.
With a strong academic program and an array of majors and minors offered in the arts, it is truly an amazing place for our scholars to thrive! Fashion (Apparel and Textile Production) is one of the majors/minors offered. While there is certainly an emphasis on the design and construction of garments, our fashion students are interested in careers in the fashion industry that go well beyond these areas and we explore them all through classroom learning as well as hands on experiences and field trips.
To learn more about the program and/or enrollment, please contact the school directly at 980-343-5500.
